Workshop objectives and scope

This workshop is intended to provide an opportunity for researchers and practitioners from Industry and Academia to gather and share knowledge regarding the bearing limits under unusual operating conditions. The conferences shall offer to the participants the opportunity to study the latest theories on this subject and to identify the problems met by industrials in a series of presentations. This event is the result of collaboration between the Electricité de France Company and the Laboratory of Solid Mechanics of the University of Poitiers. Furthermore, the workshop is organised under the auspices of the French scientific research centre (CNRS), of the French section of the ASME, of AFM and of ECRIN.
